clientIntelligence Core2026

A company brain for a national staffing company's marketing team.

The ask. A marketing team producing a steady stream of resources, emails, blog posts, and ad scripts, with brand voice, approved statistics, and proof assets scattered across drives, decks, and people's heads. Every AI draft needed a human to fix what the model could not know.

What we built. An internal knowledge base of brand voice, approved facts and stats, service lines, audiences, and industry playbooks, plus the proof assets: the downloadable resource library with full text, approved client success stories, and a client quote bank. Delivered as a connector into Claude, so the whole team writes from one source. A buddy review that checks any draft against the guides and returns cited corrections. A Studio that writes branded PDFs, email sequences, blog posts, talking points, and podcast ad scripts from the Core, saves them to a content library as drafts in review, and meters generation per person. An ad generator for templated social images on top.

What changed. Drafts arrive on brand and cite real proof. Review time goes to judgment instead of policing. Resources that took days take minutes, and nobody had to learn to prompt.

Named case study, with figures, available on request while we finalize permission to publish.

Katsura: the operating system we run the company on.

The ask. Stop maintaining a constellation of small tools. One app for notes, voice memos, projects, tasks, calendar context, and meeting capture, built so that a multi-hour morning walk, talking into a phone, comes home as reviewed-ready work.

What we built. Voice memos recorded with the screen off, transcribed on infrastructure we own, parsed by an Opus-class model with full client and project context into proposals. Drop-to-capture: screenshots of Slack, email, Asana, or texts dropped on the Dock, the menu bar, a hotkey, or the iPhone share sheet, read by a vision model and filed as proposals with the image attached. Mac meeting capture that records system audio and mic when a call starts, with no bot. An Asana bridge that walks parent tasks so nothing arrives context-free. A one-button handoff from an approved task to a coding agent, with the result reported back into the task. Native apps with offline queues and a sync protocol designed around the failure modes of the one it replaced.

What changed. This site exists because of it. The plan, the copy, and the build were run through the loop. Your contact message will be too.

oursAPICloudflare

web-render: video rendering for agents.

An API that takes a description of a video (scenes, text, media, timing) and renders it on Cloudflare, so an agent can produce finished video as easily as it produces a document. Built for our own content machine; the pattern behind the Studio's social images.

Alongside it: a Premiere edit planner that turns a transcript into a cut list, and templated social content generation from a brand's own photo library. Ask if your Core should produce video.

The other half of Katsura

Video. Branding. Strategy. Content.

Katsura Creative is where this started: a creative agency that has spent years making brands, videos, and campaigns for businesses, artists, and nonprofits. It is why an Intelligence Core sounds like you and not like a model, and why the Studio's output is designed, not just generated.
