Pricing

Fixed scope. Numbers on the page.

Every build is a fixed price and a fixed window. Every running system has a published monthly fee. Model and hosting costs are passed through at cost and itemized, in accounts you own. No hourly surprises, no "it depends" until you have had the audit.

Prices are for US companies of roughly 20 to 500 people, in USD. Larger organizations and multi-entity groups are scoped in the audit. A build starts with 50% on signing and 50% on handover. Monthly fees begin at handover and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice; the software keeps running without us.

01

AI Readiness Audittwo weeks, credited toward any build

We interview five people, map every recurring ask and handoff, inventory the knowledge that would go in a Core, and score each workflow on value and risk. You get a written plan: the three workflows to automate first, what each costs to build and run, and what to leave alone. The low-friction way in, and the honest way to find out whether we are a fit.

What you own

All of it.

Every account is opened in your name on day one. We hold operator access while we build and hand it back at handover.

# handover checklist, every build
cloudflare account  workers, database, storage, DNS. Yours.
anthropic account  API keys, spend limits, usage. Yours.
code  a private repository under your organization, with history.
docs  how it runs, how to change it, what to do when it breaks.
data  exportable in plain formats at any time, no request needed.
us  optional, after handover. 30 days' notice. Nothing breaks.
What does it cost to run?
Infrastructure is small: a Cloudflare Workers plan is a few dollars a month, plus database and storage usage that is usually under ten. Model costs depend on volume; for a 20-person Intelligence Core they typically land between $150 and $600 a month, with per-person budgets that cap it. Everything is passed through at cost and itemized on one monthly statement.
Why monthly fees at all?
Because the system lives. New material gets published, teams change what they ask for, models get better. The fee buys ingest, prompt and guide updates, upgrades, monitoring, and a monthly report that tells you where it was thin. Cancel it and the software keeps running; you just stop getting the gardening.
Can we start with just the audit?
Yes, and most do. It is credited in full toward any build within six months.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Katsura is an agency. Agencies typically buy one Intelligence Core per client and resell the Studio output; ask about agency terms.

Start with the audit.

Two weeks, a written plan, a number for each thing. Credited toward whatever you build next.
