Some work should never touch a cloud API: the mailbox, the calendar, HR files, contracts, finance. Private AI runs the same review-first loop on open-weight models, on a Mac in your office, with the model weights, the data, and the decisions all staying inside your walls.
What it does
Triage, drafts, and judgment.
- ✓Mail triageEvery message classified reply, attention, or archive, with a reason and a confidence that is a real number. Senders learned over time. Replies drafted into the thread, never sent.
- ✓CalendarInvites recommended accept, decline, or propose a time, against your working hours and real conflicts. New events drafted from a sentence or an email. A short brief before each meeting: who, why, what is open.
- ✓Tasks from mailA message that contains an ask becomes a proposal. Approve it and only the task, never the email, goes to your task system.
- ✓Typed judgments, not chatClassification and matching return probabilities over named options, in tens of milliseconds, so thresholds are real and code owns every decision. Writing jobs go to a larger model only when a person will read the result.
What it will not do
Call out, send, or guess.
- ×No cloud model ever sees the dataNot Anthropic, not OpenAI, not us. If the local engine is down, it says so and stops. It never falls back to a hosted model.
- ×No sendingDrafts are Gmail or Outlook drafts in the thread. A person presses send.
- ×No silent archivingArchive is a proposal until the sender's track record earns an automatic rule, and you can see every rule it learned and why.
- ×No surprise hardwareA Mac Studio or Mac mini with enough memory for the models, specified in the proposal, bought by you, sitting on your network.
Why early access
We are running it on our own mail first.
The design is done and the pieces exist. Before we sell it, it has to triage our own inbox and calendar for a month without a single wrong auto-archive. Early access clients get a seat at that table and a price that reflects it.
